Motanka is a collection of short fiction by Ukrainian women writers about women's experience of war and the incredible strength that manifests itself in special circumstances. Fantasy, magical realism, steampunk, and even post-apocalypse; events that take place both in ancient times and in the days of modern warfare, in recognizable worlds or in a completely fantastic reality.
